The KÉZDI_adapt group, part of the European CLIMAAX project (Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Framework and Toolbox), aims to analyze the impact of climate change on the local population, with a special focus on drought, heatwaves, and floods. Târgu Secuiesc is one of 32 regions in Europe selected for this project, along with two others from Romania.

What is the goal of the project?

We represented our city in Barcelona, at the prestigious CosmoCaixa Science Museum, within the framework of the CLIMAAX conference. In front of experts from 69 regions around the world, we presented the results of the first phase of the KÉZDI_adapt project.
